General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Pinsa Restaurant “La Pinseria Ludwigsburg”

1. Scope and conclusion of contract:
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Pinsa Restaurant “La Pinseria Ludwigsburg” (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “the restaurant”) and our guests (hereinafter referred to as “the customer” or “you”) with regard to all Food and services offered in the restaurant. By entering the restaurant and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations (table):
a. For reservations, we recommend that you contact our restaurant in advance (possible online). The reservation is binding and will be confirmed by us if available. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we ask that you inform us in good time.
b. So that you can enjoy your stay with us to the fullest, we plan a duration of 2 hours for your table. We then reserve the right to give the table to other guests. However, you can inform us of a longer stay when making your reservation.
c. The seats reserved for you are available until 15 minutes after the agreed reservation time. If you do not arrive at the restaurant within this period, we reserve the right to allocate the table to someone else. We ask for your understanding as we want to ensure that all guests have the opportunity to visit our restaurant and use our service.
d. For groups of 10 or more people, we reserve the right to charge a compensation payment in the event of cancellation (on the day of the stay).

3. Payment terms:
Payment is made in cash or by debit/credit card. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

4. Liability and Allergies:
a) We strive to prepare all dishes according to the highest hygiene and quality standards. However, we assume no liability for any health impairments or allergic reactions that could arise from consuming our food. Customers with known allergies or intolerances are encouraged to inform our staff of their specific requirements.

b) The provisions of §§ 701 to 703 BGB apply. Liability for other reasons is excluded unless the damage was caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the company or its vicarious agents.

5. Opening hours:
Our opening times may vary and will be announced on our website or in the restaurant. We reserve the right to change opening hours without prior notice.

6. Behavior in the restaurant:
We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff and other guests. Disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to eject guests who violate this policy.

7. Data protection:
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy, which can be viewed on our website.

8. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are subject to German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Ludwigsburg, BW.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will come into force from the moment they are published on our website.
